The heart ritual
THE HEART RITUAL is a beautiful ritual to heal your heart. It is a combination of Suffi wisdom, healing and transmissions by Désirée and the Japanese Kintsugi principle to embrace the imperfect and make it more beautiful. The idea behind it: We have to keep breaking our hearts until they break open….
During guided meditations and transmissions I take you on a journey where you listen to the whispers of your heart. Where is it broken? What does it tell you about the parts of you that still hurt on a conscious or unconscious level? Not with the intention to relive everything in detail, but to dwell on it with unconditional love, give it the attention it deserves and let your inner light shine on it so that it can heal what needs to be healed. After all, spiritual growth not only means increasing the light and love within yourself, but also embracing what is still in the shadows.
A profound and transformative process in which you literally glue the shards back together with gold so that they symbolically shine and shine again. The materials for this workshop are included in the price.
