Energy work is a combination of soul coaching, reading and healing in which working with energy, as the name suggests, is central. Everything is energy. How does energy work work?

At the start of the consultation, we will delve deeper into the questions that concern you. I will use conversation techniques and my intuition with the aim of supporting you to gain clarity about the core of what it is really about. Because we do not only work with your personality, but especially with your soul, you can also call this soul coaching. Reading is reading and describing energy. It provides insight into where you are now, what has (had) an influence on it and what is needed to become more balanced. The goal is to reconnect with your SELF, that beautiful being that you naturally are.

Healing is the balancing of energy. You can become unbalanced by all kinds of circumstances. Think of childhood experiences that still influence your life. When you experience a major event, you look for a way to deal with it (coping). This creates learned patterns that were once useful but no longer serve you or that may provide benefits but do not outweigh the disadvantages. Karma and ancestral repetition loops can also be the cause of energy imbalance. Healing supports the process of letting go of what no longer serves, resolving any blockages and allowing life energy to flow again.
